Project Size: 24,743 SF

The project consists of the preservation and renovation of the 1856-built 4-story Brazelton House Hotel. The building was originally built with an L-shaped building footprint with an open interior courtyard. In 1911, a roof was built over the courtyard to create a 2-story lobby with skylights. For the purposes of this project, the historic design reference point was the 1911 renovation of the hotel. The first floor of the building would serve as three separate commercial tenant spaces. The second through fourth floors would consist of 19 one and two-bedroom apartments.
